Playfight + objectification
workshop & a participatory art installation
Playfight
By getting in contact with our opponent´s power we get into contact with our own strength. It is an encounter between dominance and dance in which we search for our own unique expression of power and perseverance. The process will be induced by specific exercises around the various aspects of physical contact: boundaries, settingintention, lead/follow.
In the second part of the workshop we challenge each other in an one-on-one confrontation in the middle of attentive spectators.
This is an intense and unique opportunity to share our vulnerability, dedication and beauty.
Objectification – a Social Sculpture (Workshop)
A combination of performance art and encounter group. A conjunction of constellation work and installation art. A playground to explore feelings, sensations and manifestations of power and empowerment.
In a radically non-dualistic manner we approach objectification as a source of bliss and oneness.
As Objects we are free of responsiveness. We can focus on the sensations and emotions coming up in our speachless bodies, fully focusing on our physical presence. As Objects we are self-contained.
We will be shifted and handled with care while fully diving into the joy of solid passivity and judgefree perception.
Somatic Exercises will warm us up for this experience of collective creativity. Tools of Consent will help us to achieve the ease we need to play lightheartedly. Different matereals will provide inspiration.
Finally we will open the lab for improvisation and see what creations emerge from becoming / handling a human object.

🐠As you dress up comfortably for movement, chose your textures! We are embarking on the Vessel Of Senses and will dive into a luxuriant landscape. Wether your journey will take you to become one limb of an underwater creature, an old crab crawling on top of it, the edge of a growing cliff, or a fire planet rotating around them, come with curiosity to meet yourself anew in this soft and creative realm of sensuality.

Joanna is a media artist, performer, dancer. She graduated from the University of Applied Arts (Transmedia Arts), Sexological Basics at ÖGS, learned the Art of Clowning and has an extensive research and practice in Conscious Sexuality/ Concious Sexuality.
Since 2019 we have been working together as an interdisciplinary collective true feeling. Together we explore the emancipatory potential of interpersonal contact. Can the experience of physical, as well as emotional closeness, intimacy, touchability and consensus be experienced as a rebellion against the patriarchy that is maintained by the repression of named issues on the one hand and their commercial exploitation and corruption on the other? We are enthusiastic about the development of mental and real shelters through the work with feelings. In doing so, we always act as artists and culturally creative women*. The central theme is feeling one’s own limits and positions. Emancipatory touch happens on this border with a living: YES, absolutely!
lisa de la punz

She truly believes that all bodies are beautiful, and that consent and boundaries make the world a better place. She likes to incorporate both in her workshops which she teaches in different communities and fields.
